About

Barn Ridge Partners (“BRP”) was founded with a single focus: to help great businesses grow through enduring, long-term partnership. Our investment philosophy is future-focused while grounded in legacy – we approach each partner company with a deep respect for the work that's gone into building it.

Partnering with BRP means a transparent and collaborative transition opportunity for business owners seeking their next chapter. Our guiding principle is that great businesses are the product of great teams, with owners who take care of their people. At BRP, we always put people first.

What We Look For

Service-oriented businesses with:

A fragmented market

Ability to scale into an industry leader

Tailwinds to growth

A rising tide lifts all ships

An established track record

Multi-year history of profitable operations

Who We Are

Capital is just one thing we bring to the table.
